SUMMARY
Provides oversight of Leave and
disability administration for the College. Management of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations and
Workers Compensation claims. Responsible
for continuous improvement of related leave policies, projects, and processes
to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Assists other Benefits and Human
Resources staff with programming and initiatives. This role is crucial in
ensuring that our employees receive the support and benefits they need while
maintaining legal compliance. This position requires functional knowledge of
all areas of HR and a commitment to quality customer service and employee
well-being,
