Description:

1.  Leasing
& Business Development 

•
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and
rental revenue targets. 

• Source,
negotiate, and secure suitable tenants through marketing
initiatives, property agents, and business
networks. 

• Identify new business
opportunities and conduct market research to enhance tenant mix and
competitiveness.  

2.
Lease Administration 

• Negotiate lease
terms and prepare, review, and administer leasing documentation,
including Letters of Offer and Tenancy
Agreements. 

• Ensure timely execution
of lease documentation, collection of deposits, submission of
concept drawings, and management of lease renewals and
expiries. 

3. Tenant
Relationship Management 

• Build and
