The Leasing Executive is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue by sourcing and securing tenants for commercial or retail spaces. The Leasing Executive works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth leasing process, while also monitoring market trends and tenant mix to enhance the overall asset value and performance.
