Leasing Consultant

Location: Stockport
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Shifts are Monday to Friday between 8am - 8pm, and weekends 9:00am-5:00pm.

They are looking for a customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join their growing team and play a key role in helping residents find their ideal home.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound enquiries and proactively engage with prospective residents via phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Guide customers through the entire leasing journey, from initial enquiry to move-in.
Maintain property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and well presented.
