QUALIFICATIONS :

• Good in negotiation of lease terms
• Familiar with lease agreements
• Can travel within the Philippines
• Understands real estate and property management principles, particularly in a nonprofit or ministry setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling lease documentation, compliance, and renewals.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations relevant to leasing and property management.
• Bible Believing Christian preferable part of a Discipleship group
