We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment and is excited to help launch a new community.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day operations of the community while partnering closely with the Property Manager
• Lease apartments in compliance with Workforce Housing, Fair Housing, and company policies
• Conduct tours, manage applications, leases, renewals, and resident follow‑up
