Assist with Leasing related tasks including, but not limited to, the standardization of lease reports, defining and documenting controls over the new process, creating user/system documentation.
Liaise with PPG finance network to ensure all data required to complete integrations are gathered.
Review Leasing Contracts and extract specified data for loading into PPG Leasing System Lucernex to ensure all necessary lease information is entered and maintained.
Handle all aspects of the Real Estate, Equipment & Housing leases including preparation and maintenance of lease records.
