The Lease Administrator will work closely with our clients to support all lease management activities, including abstraction, system updates, and liaison with landlords. The role involves handling various projects as they arise, offering opportunities to learn new systems, processes, and procedures. Responsibilities Assist in administering all levels of lease administration and special projects as directed by management. Abstract key data points from leases. Create leasing data in relevant systems and run business processes (e.g., indexation to uplift rent, client commitments to landlords). Prepare and discuss client reporting, including scheduling key events. Support system administration activities such as user maintenance, configuration updates, and customisation.
