As a Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms.
Under limited supervision, upholds the integrity of a real estate portfolio data for large, complex global portfolio of clients.
Assist asset manager(s) in reviewing invoices and contractual terms.
