Learning & Training Partner 

The Learning & Training Partner is responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that enhance employees’ skills and knowledge across Bayer. The role collaborates closely with Business Leaders, Function Heads, and other internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver high-quality, impactful training solutions.

You will operate as part of the international and matrix Communication, Change and Learning team and contribute to the design and delivery of training sessions.

You will work within the “Learning as a Service” model, aligned with Bayer’s Dynamic Resource Flow. This means supporting learning and training needs for internal business divisions and GBS employees as a flexible, service-oriented learning partner.
