The Role

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers in KS2 to provide consistent, compassionate support throughout the school day. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils

Assist with sensory integration, communication needs, and emotional regulation

Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies

Foster pupil independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

Work collaboratively with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
