Responsibilities - Collaborate with Leaders: Engage with Regional HR Directors, Talent Managers, and senior leaders to design impactful learning strategies. Communicate effectively through email, written reports, and presentations to influence and inspire.
- Drive Learning & Growth: Partner with line managers to identify learning needs through appraisals and consultations. Develop and deliver dynamic L&D solutions that enhance team performance, followed by monitoring and continuous improvement.
