The Learning & Development Manager will lead the establishment and operationalization of the company’s training academy/training center to support workforce capability development and long-term talent growth. This role will be responsible for developing the overall learning strategy, building the training infrastructure and governance framework, and driving effective learning initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in setting up or managing corporate training academies, with strong expertise in instructional design, learning systems, and organizational capability development.
