In this role, reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent, you’ll join a small team of Learning Performance Consultants, where you’ll design and deliver creative, blended learning experiences that don’t just engage, they shift behaviour and improve performance.
You’ll bring together learning design, facilitation and digital thinking to craft impactful learning journeys across virtual, digital and in-person environments. From concept to delivery, you’ll shape experiences that are memorable, practical and aligned to real business outcomes.
