QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor's Degree in psychology , Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field

- With a year of experience in training & Development is an advantage

- With strong interest in leadership, training, and organizational development

- Good communication, presentation , and coordination skills

- Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint )

- Willing to learn , procetive and detail oriented
