Provide expertise in learning and development design and delivery.
Develop and deliver high-quality learning and development programs based on generally accepted principles of adult learning.
Partner with function leaders to identify learning needs/training opportunities for their employees.
Implement training needs analysis activities such as formal assessment, interviews, etc.
Develop learning course content, to include creating learning objectives, application exercises, manuals and learning aids, and evaluation tools, for both live and virtual training
Create and manage post-learning assessments to ensure learners are equipped with essential skills capabilities
