Responsibilities:

• The Learning Content Designer is responsible for developing engaging learning materials that meet defined learning objectives, use appropriate training modalities and methods, and follow established processes and adult learning principles.


• Analyze role-specific learner needs and tasks to craft measurable learning objectives


• Collaborate within the team and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new or update existing learning content


• Collaborate with multimedia teams to create or modify media assets incorporated in learning  materials


• Proactively manage the content development process including milestones, risks, review cycles, feedback implementation, and quality assurance
