Purpose

Drive the design and implementation of differentiated solutions that elevate L&D impact across the organization. Responsible for identifying opportunities where innovative approaches, methodologies, and tools can strengthen learning outcomes beyond standard practice. Leads L&D capability building initiatives to develop the skills, knowledge, and strategic mindset of the broader L&D team across the region.
