This role is crucial in marrying the strategic learning needs of our business with the learning content for learners across EY. Essentially, the role covers the following scope:
Partner with Strategic Talent consultants and Service Line Learning Business Partners to manage Service Line (SL) stakeholder relationships at the Asean level to drive one consistent curricula.Identify and validate actual skill needs as well as business priorities with all relevant stakeholders ongoing throughout the year and at budget planning stage.Plan solutions in line with business needs together with the design and development team and act as conduit between all teams involved throughout design project.Serve as central point of contact for stakeholders to repo...
