The role supports the organization’s succession pipeline by ensuring that learning objectives are met according to plan and within the approved budget. This position also manages and enhances learning technologies, oversees the administration of digital learning platforms, and provides technical assistance to learners and facilitators to ensure an engaging and seamless learning experience.
