Prepares company newsletter for distribution on a quarterly basis to inform employees about new products/services, operation updates, employee information etc.
Prepares annual training budget and submits proposal to the immediate head for review
Evaluates cost and assess the need and urgency of all training requests; recommends deferment/approval to fit within the annual budgeted requirements for training
Handle logistics for training activities including but not limited to budget preparation, venue and equipment.
Coordinate informal training activities for employees such as Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
Acts as custodian and updates of Training Manuals, Presentation and other training materials.
Prepares annual training budget and submits proposal to the immediate head for review and approval.
Recommends Training external and in-house training request and initiatives.
