Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance employee performance and organizational growth. Ensures learning initiatives align with company goals, manages training schedules and facilitators, and monitors employee progress. Supports talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement of skills across all departments.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Learning and Development, Training, or HR role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality training solutions
- Experience in designing and evaluating training materials and programs
- Experience with authoring tools like Canva, CapCut, and other editing tools
