Job Description:
Coordinate the full talent mapping process and integrate outputs into learning pathways, leadership development and organisational capability-building programmes.
Develop leadership capability programmes aligned with future-fit talent pipelines.
Conduct ongoing training Needs Analysis (TNA) at individual, departmental and organisational level, incorporating IDPs, performance reviews, skills gaps and operational metrics.
Implement the company's L&D strategy in alignment with HR, Operations and Leadership requirements.
Manage integrated succession planning inputs, ensuring development plans are linked to strategic roles.
Develop, coordinate and deliver learning programmes supporting organisational team and individual capability needs.
Develop customised training programmes.
Create/develop training content, manuals, digital modules, onboarding programmes.
