Core Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end execution of all trainings being driven by the Corporate Learning team.
• Able to handle training-related tasks either independently or with minimal supervision.
• Able to collect, analyze, and report pre, during, and post-training data.
• Skills to handle large amounts of data to measure critical KPIs, design dashboards, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Maintain training trackers and other related information accurately in databases.
• Contribute towards content development needs in collaboration with other team members.
• Has some experience with digital learning management systems and the latest technology in use to enhance the learning experience.
