Purpose of the role
Drive the overall capability building of our people in Ocean Operationsthroughout their employee journey - from onboarding to professional development – while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This position requires close collaboration with the global L&D community, business leaders and People Solutions.
Responsible
