Role Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Learning and Development (L&D) Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex claims operations and frontline excellence. You will design, deliver, and assess training programs tailored for Service and claims consultants, ensuring they possess the technical expertise, system proficiency, and empathy required to process claims efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Learning and Development or related field (essential)
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
• OD-ETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practice) NQF level 5 certification
• 3 -5 years learning facilitation experience
• Exposure to the insurance or financial services environment (preferred)
• Short Term Insurance experience: Commercial Product (optional)
