• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies
• Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital tools

Job Description

• Develop training programs to address skill gaps
• Collaborate with department heads to set learning objectives
• Create engaging learning materials (e-learning modules, presentations, manuals)
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and performance metrics
