Main Task:

  • Assessing current processes, taking measurements, and analyzing data to guide improvements in production area.
  • Analyzing time and cost of improvement processes.
  • Developing, configuring improvement processes to be implemented with related department.
  • Preparing standardization of improvement processes.
  • Monitoring improvement results.

    • Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
  • Able to analyze proses and material costs.
  • Have experience at least 5 years in manufacturing and improvements such as Kaizen, lean manufacturing, VSM, FMEA, and PDCA.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
  • Have strong analytical capabilities to identify and resolve process issues.
  • Have knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
