The role

Architect and develop software across multiple live products -- you are a contributor, not just a reviewer

Lead, hire and develop a team of 7-10 .NET developers

Own our .NET Centre of Excellence -- set coding standards and design principles for the entire division

Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments and testing strategy

Work directly with clients on product direction

Contribute to hiring decisions, budget planning and long-term tech strategy

You'll need

2+ years leading or managing a software engineering team

5+ years in C# and .NET

Experience as a hiring manager -- you have run recruitment end-to-end

Frontend skills: TypeScript, Angular or React
