Starting Salary: $90,000 Range (Dependent upon experience)

Facility is a long term care center is a 48 bed skilled nursing facility located at 1140 North State Street as part of the hospital campus in St. Ignace.  It is an Eden Alternative Certified Community and also a CMS 5-Star Rated Nursing Home! Services include: dual license for both skilled and basic care, long-term care as well as short-term rehab care, accommodations for residents requiring Hospice Care, nursing care, restorative care, activities and Social Services. The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all nursing services in a nursing home or long-term care facility. The DON ensures high-quality resident care, compliance with federal and state regulations, and effective leadership of nursing staff.
