Position Summary
The is responsible for leading water mitigation projects from initial emergency response through completion. This role oversees mitigation crews, performs advanced water extraction and structural drying services, ensures adherence to industry standards, and delivers exceptional customer service during times of property loss. The Lead Water Technician serves as a field leader, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Paul Davis and IICRC standards.

 Respond to emergency water loss situations and perform mitigation services. 

 Lead and supervise water mitigation technicians on residential and commercial projects. 

 Conduct moisture inspections, document affected areas, and develop drying plans.
