Lead UX Designer Is responsible for driving the design activity for key projects
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and conduct user research when required. Lead key projects ensuring each project is delivered on time and with best quality Constantly evolve design skills across research, IA, wireframes, tools and product thinking. Collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle from workshops, research to deliverables Demonstrate expertise in design especially in information architecture, interaction design, prototyping Be an unrelenting advocate for end users and help articulate user needs to various stakeholders when required Help improve the competency by participating in hiring and mentoring JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have a 5 to 9 years of experience in UX related areas including user research, Interaction Design
