            Responsibilities Lead the technical department including Technical Coordinators and Draughtsmen across multiple projects 
Establish and control the workflow for shop drawing preparation, review, submission and approvals 
Oversee review of IFC drawings, specifications and design documents to ensure constructability and coordination 
Identify deviations, deficiencies and discrepancies in IFC drawings and report to Technical Manager 
Drive development of coordinated shop drawings across civil, structural and MEP disciplines 
Define and implement technical coordination strategies to avoid clashes and rework at site 
Act as the primary technical interface with consultants to resolve design issues, discrepancies and approvals 
Review and approve all shop drawings prior to submission to ensure quality and compliance
