Lead Teacher – After-School Program
Location: El Segundo, CA
Schedule: After-school hours with optional morning shift
Pay: Negotiable, based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to support an elementary After-School Program in the El Segundo School District. You will lead a classroom of approximately 30 elementary-age students with the support of School Aides who assist with supervision, transitions, and activities.

Key Responsibilities
Classroom Leadership — Lead and supervise a classroom of ~30 students with School Aide support.

Activity Planning — Follow a provided schedule while creating engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Student Engagement — Build a positive, inclusive, and structured environment.

Safety & Supervision — Maintain a safe classroom environment with consistent support from School Aides.
