We are looking for an experienced Lead Systems Engineer to take ownership of the technical definition and execution of an advanced satellite platform program in Spain.

This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives close to the hardware, enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, and can drive technical coherence across multidisciplinary teams from concept through launch and operations.

You will lead system architecture, requirements, interfaces, verification strategy and integration activities, working alongside subsystem experts across avionics, ADCS, thermal, propulsion, software and operations.
