Responsible for ensuring operational continuity and end‑to‑end data integrity between shopfloor systems (MES / industrial networks, machines, PLCs) and business layers (ERP / BI). This role acts as the senior technical‑operational authority to help sustain a high‑transaction environment and to support compliance through disciplined change control, validation, and audit‑ready documentation.
