We’re seeking a Lead Structured Cabling Technician to run commercial low-voltage projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can read prints, manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

+ Run structured cabling projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.

+ Interpret and execute from blueprints, construction drawings, and project documentation.

+ Establish and manage cable pathways including J-hooks, ladders, trays, and conduits.

+ Pull, dress, label, and terminate copper cabling (Cat5e/Cat6).

+ Build, organize, and maintain telecom and communications rooms.

+ Perform Fluke certification testing, including:

+ Proper tester setup

+ Correct cable IDs

+ Accurate project naming
