Job title – Lead Specialist, Technical Development (Perfumery)
Location – Ascent, Singapore
Under general supervision, this job assists Technical Director / Manager in category innovation and client projects, be involved in basic technology promotion, and also perform routine laboratory work (hands‑on).
Your Key Responsibilities
Assist / support TD Director and Manager in their projects for multiple product categories and clients
Assist / support TD Director and Manager to implement fragrance technology across categories
Coordinate people from different teams to get the job done
Conduct presentations (technical content) to internal stakeholders and, if required, to external clients
Adept in carrying out hands‑on work and performing routine & complex laboratory work in compliance with established HSE rules
Maintain the laboratory equipment and the cleanliness of the workplace
