The role supports SDU teams on AMP implementation, domain knowledge, culture promotion, and strategic planning to drive overall service level compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver new hire training programs and schedules.
• Monitor trainee performance, engagement, and learning progress.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and resolve training issues.
• Coordinate with teams to align training with business needs.
• Improve training modules, processes, and overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in training, onboarding, or process operations.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
