We’re looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer who will help take ownership & develop our ‘Connect’ (ServiceNow) platform in Demant – and help us push the boundaries of it. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions across the platform and business, ensure they are scalable, secure & follow best practice, and are aligned with business needs. It’s a hands‑on technical role with real influence. You’ll be part of our ‘ITSM’ team working with skilled colleagues across both development and operations of the platform.
We’re not looking for someone to just “keep the lights on”. We want someone who wants to build, improve, challenge, and help us take ServiceNow to the next level.
