Oversee and manage all construction activities for a single project, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
Ensure strict adherence to engineering procedures, practices, and techniques outlined in the design documents and project drawings.
Develop an understanding of project sequencing, resource requirements, and organize resources effectively to meet project goals, ensuring the project is completed within the budget, on schedule, and with the required quality standards.
Manage project coordination with relevant stakeholders, ensuring the schedule and cost targets are met.
Collaborate closely with the design, engineering teams, and PMC to implement ‘Value Engineering’ and ‘Cost Optimization’ strategies.
Work with the Planning, QS/Contracts teams to develop detailed project schedules that align with engineering deliverables, procurement, and contracting timelines.
