Lead Project Analyst, Global Compensation COE

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia

The Lead Project Analyst, Global Compensation COE is responsible for driving high‑impact projects across both year‑round and year‑end compensation processes in partnership with the broader Total Rewards and HR ecosystem. This role requires strong project management capability, demonstrated J&J FPX experience, and preferred Lean Six Sigma certification to support process optimization, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management across year‑round and year‑end compensation initiatives, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, issue tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Apply J&J FPX methodologies to ensure project rigor, standardized execution, and consistent communication.
