**As the Lead Program Manager for the S4E Transformation Program, you will drive a critical, large-scale global transformation within the global service business of the Large Gas Turbine portfolio. You will lead a defined program cluster, ensuring alignment between global service business priorities and transformation objectives across scope, schedule, and execution. Throughout the day, you will collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders, influence key decisions, and navigate a complex, matrixed organization.
