A Day in the Life:

The Lead Production Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day assigned Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations department. Support the Manager of Production Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity.

Position Details:12-hour rotating shift (48 hour week/36 hour week)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common goal of zero injuries.

Oversee assigned department production shift activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency.
