Lead Production Quality Control
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the Production Quality Control function for heavy reinforced rubber products manufactured through compression moulding. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in rubber processing, bonding technology, and quality assurance, ensuring that every stage of production meets stringent performance and durability standards.
Your responsibilities
Lead and oversee quality control across the full production cycle: raw material inspection, mixing, moulding, bonding, and finished product validation.
Establish and enforce process control protocols for compression moulding operations, ensuring consistency and reliability in reinforced rubber-to-steel bonding.
Develop and implement testing procedures for raw materials, in-process components, and final products to meet international and client-specific standards.
