**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Engineering degree in a related field with strong supply chain process engineering experience
+ Proficiency with SAP WMS and advanced Excel skills to analyze data and optimize warehouse processes
+ Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives within warehouse, logistics, and distribution environments
+ Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
+ Demonstrated success managing complex improvement projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels
+ Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions

**Job Summary**

Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to business processes that improve distribution center performance. Executes improvement initiatives that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost.
