**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Role Summary: Provides oversight of staff and processes in Supervisor’s absence. Organizes and provides training for new hires and assists with annual competency assessment of staff. Performs a variety of venipuncture techniques involved in the collection of blood specimens from patients for laboratory procedures used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.
