As the Lead, People Data and Analytics, you will be the subject matter expert across Kainga Ora’s people data, analytics, and workforce intelligence capability. This role shapes leadership decisions through forward‑looking insights, external benchmarking, and meaningful workforce analysis.

You will lead the evolution of the function from reporting to insight‑led strategic workforce planning, partnering closely with Finance and senior leaders to ensure workforce decisions are informed, proactive, and aligned to organisational performance.
