We are seeking an experienced Network Lead to oversee and drive the delivery of high‑quality managed network services for our customers. In this role, you will lead the operational management of client’s network environments, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs, availability targets, and compliance requirements. You will guide a team of engineers in performing proactive monitoring, incident response, configuration management, and continuous service improvement. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across complex customer infrastructures, coordinate major change activities, manage escalations, and ensure stable, secure, and optimized network performance across all managed service accounts.
