Summary The employee serves as a Lead Medical Support Assistant (Lead MSA) under the Department of Rehabilitation Service at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The Lead MSA provides administrative support and serves as a coordinator for all services and sections under Rehabilitation Services which includes Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology, Physical and Medicine Rehab, Blind Rehab, and Prosthetic & Sensory Aids. Responsibilities The primary function of the Lead MSA is to ensure smooth operation of all aspects related to the clinical administrative operations on all sections of the Rehabilitation Service.
